Shared Calendar Only Shows Busy. Please log into outlook web app with the email account which has full access to this shared mailbox. We use shared calendars but they only show busy/tentative.
On the home tab, select share calendar, and if necessary, select which calendar you want to share. The recipient can use this url to add the shared calendar to any calendar service that they use.

After running this powershell cmdlet you can able to see calendar details, however this will only work on new meetings or if you update an existing meeting.
