Switch to your outlook calendar. You will see a list of your email accounts.

To Share With A Group, Navigate To Access Permissions And Choose How You'd Like To.

Make sure the calendar is enabled.

To Do This, Go To The Calendar View In Outlook, Click On View In The Top Menu, And Then Click On Change View.
